Workshop Viewing Tips
If you're having trouble viewing a workshop, here are some quick tips that will probably fix things. Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot individual PCs. Flash, the technology we use, is compatible with 94% of PCs, but no technology works with everything. If you can't get the workshop to work on your PC, you might try another computer. If that isn't convenient, try the following. First thing to try is closing all browsers, and then start over. On rare instances a pop-up blocker can restrict launching of workshops. You might want to disable blockers while on the site. Other things you can try... 1) Upgrade your version of flash to the latest version. (Flash is the technology that powers the workshops): http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash 2) Upgrade your java to the latest version: 3) Clear your browser cache. To do this in Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Temporary Internet Files -> Delete Cookies and Delete Files 4) Under the Security, Privacy and Advanced tabs make sure that everything is set to default settings. Our workshops work with most security precautions, but extraordinary security may cause issues.
