Payments and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your plan includes monthly billing, you can cancel at any time for any reason by using the "Your Account" menu option on the site, or by sending an email to cancel @ pilotworkshop.com or by phone using the "Contact" menu option above. Billing will immediately stop and you will have access for the remainder of your current term.

Once you are an active member, your account will be renewed automatically each month to avoid interruption in service. Unless and until this agreement is canceled by email or in the Your Account member's area, you are authorizing PilotWorkshops.com LLC to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership at the rate you agreed to.

We absolutely and positively honor all cancellation requests. There are no contracts or time obligations associated with our service.

Privacy Policy

We are strongly committed to safeguarding subscribers' privacy. We operate under the following strict privacy policy:

The only information we obtain about our subscribers is information we need for internal purposes and to process credit card charges for products and/or subscription fees. The information collected is never revealed, sold, or made public for any reason.

Personally identifiable information provided by subscribers (name, email or home address, etc.) is never disclosed to any individual or business beyond what is necessary to process payments.

In order to provide visitors with greater value, some of our pages may provide links to various third party websites. In no case is subscriber information provided to the third party sites.

However, keep in mind that many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when you browse those sites. Once you leave our site, we are not able to alert you should another site attempt to gather information from your browser.
